Lately, I’ve been thinking about how often we find ourselves in seasons of in-between - the moments after something ends but before the next thing is fully clear. They can feel uncertain, but they’re also where a lot of truth lives.
The past while has been a season of big change, personally and professionally. I stepped back from my practice to build something new in community, and while that chapter didn’t unfold quite as I imagined, it taught me a lot about collaboration, clarity and trust. Endings bring a mix of emotions: grief, pride, relief and the ache of letting go. But they also create room for clarity. And what’s been clearest to me in all of this is how much I love and miss the intimacy and depth of coaching: the conversations that spark clarity, the quiet moments of courage, the work of returning to yourself.
So, I’m easing back into my own practice. No big announcements, just a quiet return to what I love most: holding space for people navigating change, transitions and those messy liminal spaces.
If you’ve been thinking about reconnecting, exploring a transition, or simply creating more space for yourself, I’d love to hear from you. And if you’re in your own season of in-between, here’s a gentle question to sit with: What part of you is ready to come back into the light?
With warmth, love and care,
Vesna
